Employment Opportunities

We hire licensed Home Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to be our caregivers.

Many of our caregivers have worked with us for more than 5 years, and we even have 20 year caregivers as well.  We provide flexible schedules for people who are in school or are trying to balance work and family life.  Medical, Dental and Vacation and Sick benefits are offered for full time employees.  All our caregivers have more than 75 hours of training and must pass a criminal background check and national fingerprint check.   Our staff are part of the family and the home.

Education and Training

We provide education and training for the following

classes:

40 hour DD CORE Basic

6 hour Mental Health Specialty Training

5 hour DSHS Orientation and Safety Training

75 hour DDA training certificates

12 hour Peer Coaching certificate
