Staff Biographies

Administrator, Erin Doss, MBA, CNHA

Erin is a graduate of Washington State University with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Psychology and Biology and a Master in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.  She has been Certified by the American College of Health Care Administrators since 2005 and licensed by the board of nursing home administrators since 2003.   Erin came to the Greenwood Home in February 2015 as an Administrator of 12 years and a former Social Worker and caregiver of 8 years in Behavioral Health facilities in Washington, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.   After many years of working in large institutions, Erin was excited to become part of the Greenwood home family where she has had the unique opportunity to serve residents who need assistance in a community model surrounded by staff who truly love and support them.  Erin is trained to provide classes to caregivers in the Greenwood Home and after many years of working with certified nursing assistants, she has the unique ability to empower students to support the clients they work with through ongoing education and training.   Erin lives in Seattle where she enjoys organic gardening, long walks with her dogs, vacations with family and being an advocate for clients with intellectual disabilities.  Erin has been a resident of Washington State since 1981.


Timothy Beem, Program Coordinator

Tim grew up in Omak, Washington but has been in the Seattle area for nearly 20 years.   Tim has always had an affinity for helping others in his life and career.  He’s been a veterinary technician and has worked at several Physician offices before joining the Greenwood Home in 2014.   His outgoing and fun personality make him the right person to lead the Greenwood Home crew on day trips and overnight stays and help them get the most out of life in their day to day activities.
